Hey folks. I am John Sizemore. I hale from a small town in West Virginia called Clay. I have spent 20 years active duty between the Army National Guard and the US Navy. I also spent over 3 years in the Sand Box since I retired.

I am now starting to build my homestead on ¾ of an acre only 4 miles from the beach and I will take you step by step through the process.
